Short description

Fredrikstad kommune skal etablere en ny ishall i byen og inviterer i den anledning til begrenset anbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med anskaffelse av samspillsentreprise.

Kontraktstildeling vil bli foretatt etter prosedyren: konkurranse med forhandling etter forutgående kunngjøring. Konkurransen innledes med en kvalifiseringsfase. Bare de tilbydere som oppfyller kvalifikasjonskravene og velges ut i henhold til utvelgelseskriteriene vil inviteres til å inngi tilbud.  

Oppdraget gjennomføres i to faser hvorav fase 1 vil gjennomføres som et rådgiveroppdrag basert på NS 8401 etter medgått tid, deretter vil fase 2 gjennomføres som en entreprise basert på NS 8407 med fastpris.
