These experiments require stability on the nanometer scale, a vector magnetic field for the preparation of the quantum state and temperatures below 2K to freeze out decoherence processes. According to the European Parliament and Council Directive Nº 2014/24/ EC, Article 32. 2, point b, the University of Copenhagen believes that only Cryomagnetics can meet the requirements for the announced purchase for spin manipulation in our quantum dots systems, cryostats with several magnetic axis are required. This flexibility in the orientation of the magnetic field allows flexibility in the possible regime of operation of the quantum dots. Moreover, fields of several Teslas are usually required to achieve good operations. Additionally, a sampled cooled to low temperatures, and in particular below 2K, helps to get high coherence of the system for efficient quantum information protocols. Finally, in order to increase the complexity of experiments, it is convenient to beneficiate from a large space to implement more complex optical apparatus, as well as easier access to the cold sample. The Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules, etc. defines in § 2, para. 2, point 1, a standstill period of 10 calendar days from the day after the date on which the voluntary ex ante transparency notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Latest at the same time as a complaint is lodged to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board, the appellant shall in writing inform the contracting entity about the lodging of a complaint to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board, and whether the complaint has been submitted in the stand still period.
