Rakkestad Kommune [Rakkestad Municipality] announces a tender competition for the procurement of engineering design group services for Skautun rehab-og Omsorgssenter [rehabilitation and care centre] (nursing home). The new building is planned to have 65 nursing home places. A possible future expansion must be facilitated. The contracting authority wants the preliminary project to elucidate 24 additional nursing home places divided into three departments with eight beds in each unit.
