Eesmärk
Rakkestad Kommune [Rakkestad Municipality] announces a tender competition for the procurement of engineering design group services for Skautun rehab-og Omsorgssenter [rehabilitation and care centre] (nursing home).
The new building is planned to have 65 nursing home places. A possible future expansion must be facilitated. The contracting authority wants the preliminary project to elucidate 24 additional nursing home places divided into three departments with eight beds in each unit. This elucidation must be adapted to the prepared drafts and must be included as a possible future expansion.
