The contract shall also include collection, analyses and strategic application of customer data (CRM system). The contracting authorities will base the procurement of a ticket system on the Green shift – climate and environmentally friendly restructuring The contracting authority will reward tenders that meet the new trends and alteration which will occur on digital platforms, including mobile solutions. The clear objective of the procurement of the ticket system is to reduce paper tickets and that the users will prefer procurement of digital tickets.
