UAB Enefit green is developing Kelmė Wind Farm (WF) in Kelmė District, Lithuania. Kelmė WF consist of three projects Kelme 1, Kelme 2 and Kelme 3. Here by we are announcing the cable line installation BoP tender for Kelme 2 and Kelme 3.
The scope of work for two Kelme WF projects:
Kelme 2 (UAB Vejoteka) 90 MW - 30 kV cable line
Kelme 3 (UAB Kelmės Vėjo Energija)150 MW - 30 kV cable line, 330 kV cable line
Scope consist of:
- Cable delivery
- Protection pipe joins and all necessary components delivery.
- Cable line detail design preparation.
- Cable line detail design expertise.
- Trench preparation, cable installation and all necessary works for cable line installation including trees and bushes cutting, drainage pipe removal and etc.
- Drainage system restoration.
- Road restoration in cases where the cable is installed under the road.
- Land layers restoration in cases where the cable line is installed in agricultural land plots.
- Take to account 5% of all cable line is installed by directional drilling method.
- Cable line connection to WTGs and substation connection points.
- All necessary test and measurements
- All necessary documentation management with TSO (Litgrid)
- All technical documentation in Lithuanian and English languages
- Contractor responsible for final cable line commissioning according Lithuanian legislation
The Contractor must fulfill all the requirements of the technical projects and collect and submit all the necessary documentation. Completed work must fully comply with the requirements technical projects, legal acts and rules and standards in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
