Framework agreement for consultancy services within service design.
The assignments will consist of:
— Consultancy and service design to optimise the users' experience of DSB's services at a general level.
— User testing of existing systems to provide important and correct information for the further development of the service(s).
— Consultancy for taking care of universal design.
— Project management (within service design).
