The procurement concerns the purchase of Human Resource Management (HRM) systems delivered as a “Software as a Service (SaaS)” host system for NBIM globally and for associated services. NBIM is a global company with approx. 500 employees distributed over 5 offices; Oslo, London, New York, Singapore and Shanghai, and approx. 200 consultants. The participants should note that the exact scope of this procurement will be clarified during the dialogue and that the scope can be changed within the framework of the procurement regulations. The estimated total value of the contract is between 3 000 000 NOK and 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The estimated total value is only an estimate and the value can be both higher and lower than estimated. The estimate is in no way binding for NBIM.
