Trondheim kommune and Trøndelag fylkeskommune, herafter called the contracting authority, extend an invitation to an open tender competition in connection with entry into an agreement for the purchase of printed books and audio books in physical formats, to Trondheim folkebibliotek [Trondheim Public Library] and Trøndelag fylkesbibliotek [Trøndelag County Library]. Trondheim Public Library current consists of a main library and six district libraries. During the agreement period, Klæbu Public Library will be included in Trondheim kommune.
