Tenderers are invited to a dynamic purchasing system for social media for Ruter AS.
We are not necessarily interested in the title 'expert in social media'. We are looking for tenderers with a constant overview of how the various platforms develop, who know what works for Norwegian users and who would like to spread knowledge through a good dialogue with us. We hope, therefore, that you are competent advisors — Whether it involves increasing the range, becoming a Norwegian champion in customer service on Facebook, or meeting our target groups on Twitter and other social channels. If, in addition, you can help us establish the world´s best KPIs so that we know we succeed, we will be very happy. You must help us answer what Ruter shall be in social media.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
— Development of a social media strategy.
— Operationalising and follow-up of the strategy.
— Advice on the discipline.
— Prepare KPIs, tools and an organisation for measurements and continual development.
— Raise competence in the discipline internally in Ruter (courses, etc.).
