Strand municipality invites architect offices to a pre-qualification for a plan and design contest for the new Fjelltun school at Jørpeland.
Prizes for the participants in the contest:
The 3 to 5 relevant tenderers who are pre-qualified for participation in this plan and design contest will receive 200 000 NOK for each concept. The fee will be paid after a proposal has been prepared in accordance with the tender documentation, which will be sent out.
Strand municipality, as the developer, reserves the right to use the received drafts for further work on the new Fjelltun school. The right to use the solutions and ideas from the contest also applies to any future construction projects for the Contracting Authority.
The winner will be invited to negotiations on a continuation to phases 3, 4 and 5, based on their proposal.
The contracting authority will be free to negotiate with the other participants if the negotiations with the winner are not successful.
