Bergen kommune shall enter into a framework agreement for general temporary staff. ‘General temporary staff’ means temporary staff services that are not health or educational temporary staff (the municipality has separate framework agreements for these fields). For a comprehensive description of what is meant by general temporary staff services, read the description under the different lots.
The framework agreement is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: Temporary staff with higher education
Lot 2: Temporary staff with a trade certificate and unskilled temporary staff.
Tenderers can submit tender offers for one or both of the lots.
Bergen kommune shall enter into an agreement with one or more (1 - 2) tenderers on each of the lots.
Bergen kommune is acting by proxy from the following collaborating parties:
Askøy kommune, Austrheim kommune, Fjell kommune, Modalen kommune, Sund kommune, Vaksdal kommune, Voss kommune, Slettebakken menighets eldresenter [Slettebakken Congregational Aged Care], Bergen kirkelige fellesråd [Bergen Church Council], Konkurransetilsynet [the Norwegian Competition Authority], Havforskningsinstituttet [the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research].
