Boligbygg Oslo KF is a municipal company that owns, manages and develops housing on behalf of Oslo municipality. We have more than 11 000 houses and more than 25 000 persons who live in 1 of our houses. We are, with approx. 1 000 000 m² property (gross), one of the country's largest property management companies and decidedly the largest housing landlord.
Boligbygg has had feedback that our suppliers would like an overview of our planned projects. We have, therefore, made an overview of some of the contracts and framework agreements /ongoing contracts that are planned to be announced during the year. The procurements will be announced in Doffin as soon as the material is ready. Boligbygg would like to have more tenderers in the procurements and hopes that this can be useful for actual tenderers.
