On offers on a builder’s representative and SHA coordinator for the engineering design and execution phase (KP and KU) (hereafter ‘Builder’s Representative’). These 3 roles shall be carried out by 1 and the same person, it is not possible to submit tender offers that distribute the roles amongst multiple persons.
