The Contracting Authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for emptying of interceptors for sludge in Rennesøy and Stavanger municipalities, in accordance with the municipalities' obligations stated in the Pollution Control Act §§ 26, 30 and 34, on the collection of consumer waste, as well as other accompanying regulations.
Stavanger and Rennesøy municipalities´ local regulations for water and sewage also include provisions on the municipalities and property owners´ obligations regarding this.
