Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon (FLO) (the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation) is entering into framework agreements on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces for amongst other things, tools, workshop equipment, work clothes and protective equipment. FLO shall enter into new framework agreements for this delivery scope. The framework agreements will be up to 4 years and will probably include the other agencies in the armed forces sector: the Norwegian Defence Materials Agency, Norwegian Defence Estate Agency, the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, the Norwegian National Security Authority and the Ministry of Defence. Further details regarding participation from the named agencies will be clarified by announcement.
Prior to announcement, FLO wants feedback/input/suggestions from the market about how the different framework agreements should be organised and how the detailed content can/should be, and therefore invites relevant tenderers to one-to-one meetings. The objective is to be more market-oriented so that the competition is more attractive and simpler for tenderers to participate in, as well as find an appropriate manner to take care of the need of the users of the future framework agreements.
