Moving of paper archives from the municipality’s storage archive, up to 1 500 shelf m to the remote archive, including order, registration and moving, that shall be finished before the end of the 2nd quarter 2018. At the same time, a contract will be signed for storing and handling of the archive material.
Asker kommune has approximately 1 000 shelf m in a remote archive in the municipality, that must be moved to the remote archive before the end of the 2nd quarter 2018.
Several of the municipality’s services continue to create paper archives that shall be sent to the remote archive after it is no longer in use. The archives that shall be moved to the remote archive are no longer in active use but there will continue to be a need to use parts of the material. This must be handled by retrieval for use.
