The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for project managers when the capacity of its own staff does not meet the need. It may be necessary for several of Fredrikstad kommune's entities to make call-offs on the framework agreement. Due to high activity in periods, amongst others, the project development entity has a need to hire external project managers in order to carry out municipal engineering service projects such as water and sewage installations, roads, parks, spaces, jetties and quays etc.
