The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement with up to three service providers who shall cover the Norwegian Institute for Adult Learning's requirements for film production services. The framework agreement shall ensure the Norwegian Institute for Adult Learning's requirements for the production of:
— educational films
— PR films
— branded goods development
— campaigns/information films
— animation
— film/live action (short film production).
