NTNU, the Property Division shall procure a new IT system for project management with a main focus on finances. The system shall be used as the primary tool in relation to the financial management for the projects. The primary users are NTNU's project managers, as well as external consultants working as project managers, engineering design managers and construction managers, etc. The system shall provide overviews of i.a. budgets, contracts, expected and actual costs, alterations, quantity regulations, uncertainties, wage and price adjustments, as well as final prognosis, etc. The system must conduct follow-up for the annual and total figures, ensure good management for the individual projects and for all of NTNU Property Division's projects.
