NAV Vestfold shall procure the initiative for following-up persons who require more comprehensive following-up assistance than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer. The follow-up consists of assistance for each participant with the aim of them getting or keeping work. The follow-up can include mapping, guidance and advice to initiative participants, employers and other initiative organisers, following-up at the workplace, training in work related and social competencies, assistance with finding work, as well as assistance with adapting and facilitating work and the work situation.
