Forsvarsbygg is a management body under the Ministry of Defence that manages, operates, maintains and develops the Norwegian Armed Forces property, buildings and installations. The contract owner of the framework agreement concept is Forsvarsbygg utleie, and administration of the contract will be through Forsvarsbygg eiendomsforvaltning fellesstab anskaffelser.
As agreed with the Norwegian Defence, there shall be a snow clearing contract for Andsfjellveien and Rustadfjellveien. The snow clearing season lasts from 1 November to 1 May.
The contract is valid from 1.11.2017 for 2 seasons. The contracts can be cancelled by Forsvarsbygg with three months notice. The contracts can also be extended for 1+1 year.
