Sandnes Eiendomsselskap KF (SEKF) and Stavanger Eiendom invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for service, maintenance and independent inspections of gas and chip firing facilities in the period 2017 - 2021. (Independent inspections from 2018).

The contract will apply for buildings/facilities in Sandnes and Stavanger municipalities. If needed, the contract can also be used for engineering design services, installation, changes and repairs to the facilities. See the attached overview of the gas facilities.
