Buildings and Property is a large and important area in municipal management. Preservation of older archives whilst effectively utilising older cases for new case processing are the main reasons that the municipality now wants to digitise this archive. The paper archive shall be deliver to IIKA Møre in Ålesund, and the digitised archive shall be used in the service production. The digital archive will be used by executive officers internally, but web publishing for the municipality's residents is also relative.
