The project 501648 — The expedite projects BBS and sheltered accommodations includes the establishment of sheltered accommodations and a residential and treatment centre with possibly locations at either Dønski or Emma Hjorth The contracting authority is Bærum municipality Property
The contracting authority emphasises that the establishment of sheltered accommodations and the residential and treatment centre is subject to political discussions. Whether or not the project shall be implemented will be clarified by Q4 2017.
The contracting authority is planning the development of approx. 160 sheltered accommodation flats and approx. 150 residential places in the residential and treatment centre, in addition to joint functions. The project areas are approx. 15 decare each, and shall be subject to efficient development and simultaneously provide services of high quality.
The project shall be developed in accordance with the Norwegian State Housing Bank. The first stage of the assignment shall be implemented in close dialogue with the Norwegian State Housing Bank.
The sites are not regulated in details, and regulation thereof may be included as a part of the assignment.
The project is expected to be executed as a turnkey contract with interaction in the preliminary project phase.
