The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like, as a procurer of toll money collection, to facilitate a well-functioning market. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall carry out a project in 2016-2019 that shall replace the current central system. After having completed and approved the concept phase, the project is now in the planning phase for the procurement of a Toll charger and Toll service provider solution, which shall cover parts of the entire system portfolio necessary for obtaining toll money. The other parts are not included in this procurement or dialogue.
