The agreement shall include the supplies of the following services and equipment:
— Consultancy services for new systems and the integration of standard software.
— System development.
— General maintenance of developed software.
— Shall be able to enter into the contracting authority's contractual relationships towards third-parties and safeguard the responsibility for standard software, required upgrading thereof, fault recovery routines, etc.
— Undertake the monitoring and operation of systems in accordance with further agreement with the contracting authority.
— Be able to undertake the contracting authority's overall system responsibilities for solutions and in accordance with an agreement with the contracting authority.
