Oppegård municipality shall establish a framework agreement with a tenderer of consultancy engineering services for the implementation of several projects for the municipal pipeline network for water and sewage. The intention of the procurement is to get tenders from a consultancy company with long and solid experience of engineering design services of municipal water and sewage installations, as well as municipal roads.
