St Olavs Hospital HF would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of audio/video equipment for use in theatres, examination rooms and monitoring rooms, as well as for meeting, teaching and consultation purposes outside theatres. The contracting authority plans to procure equipment for 40-60 rooms (theatres, examination and monitoring rooms). The contract shall also apply for Helse Møre og Romsdal/BUP.
The system shall include recording, presentation and editing of pictures/video and visualisation of sources from audio and picture forming equipment that is used in the mentioned rooms. Audio shall also be able to be saved and played locally. Both the audio and pictures must be transferable to other rooms/auditorium/video conference/internet (Norsk Helsenett).
The framework agreement has an estimated value of 30 000 000 — 50 000 000 NOK including VAT.
