The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of furniture for housing for refugees in Skien municipality.
The municipalities regularly furnish houses for new refugees. Skien municipality estimates that it will furnish approx. eighty — 80 — flats for refugees per annum in the contract period. The number is based on historical data and the expected increase in settlement in the coming years and it is only meant to be an estimate of the need.
