Fræna municipality invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding architectural services with engineering design for the expansion of Sylte School.

Fræna municipality wishes to enter into a contract with an architect/designer who shall be responsible for:

— design;

— engineering design;

— preparation of tender documents, based on NS 3420;

— implementation of the tender process;

— be the responsible building applicant;

— follow up in the construction period.

Fræna municipality's Building Committee is responsible for the development and is the Contracting Authority on behalf of Fræna Municipal Council. The Building Committee shall be the contact and have close dialogues with the architect/designer during the design of the school, both indoor and outdoor. The Building Committee shall also be a discussion partner in connection with selection of materials, technical solutions and colours.
