Kvam municipality shall procure an ERP system that supports functions such as i.a. economy, accounting, budget, procurement, wage and HR processes. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with one supplier for the procurement's total scope.
The Contracting Authority has a strong focus on efficient work processes in the municipality, and a new ERP system shall support this. The system shall therefore have a close integration between the administrative systems and not at least the professional systems in the municipality, in such a way that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated. The system shall be placed in the Contracting Authority's premises.
