The framework agreement for white goods also includes coffee percolators. The contract shall be used to procure products for use in ‘the professional segment’, for example, in nurseries or institutions.

Tenderers shall offer products that are documented as appropriate for ‘tougher’ use than normal household products.

Emphasis is put on the fact that this competition does not cover products meant to cover normal use in, for example, households. This segment is defined as products that are used in small public buildings or private households.
