The contracting authority wishes to enter into 2 separate framework agreements where the objective is to assist the Norwegian Coastal Administration with preparation of (the entire or parts of) risk analyses of the marine traffic in connection with measures included in the Norwegian Coastal Administration's areas of responsibility. The areas included are coastal administration (e.g. fairway and fishery harbour measures), maritime safety (measures for maritime safety such as pilots, fairway certificates etc.) and stand-by arrangements. Traditionally most analyses are carried out within fairway and fishing port measures.
