The project mission is to implement the Prüm- and PCSC-agreement, enabling high-volume anonymized biometrics comparison between partner states.
As part of the implementation, a new ICT system for coordinating international police cooperation within the Norwegian police is required. The new ICT system is the focus of this RFI.
The primary purpose of the project is to utilise international police collaboration to strengthen the fight against crime.
This shall be done by achieving the following 3 effect oriented goals:
1. Increase the clearing up of criminal cases;
2. Working more knowledge driven;
3. Prevent crime with international branches.
