In connection with the development of a new solution for border and territory control the G3kko project would like to borrow equipment components for reading / scanning of documents and fingerprints for development and test purposes. The goal is to increase the understanding of how the project can facilitate the broadest possible integration of fixed and mobile peripherals. Document readers will be used to validate the documents produced according to ICAO 9303 and must support terminal authentication and fingerprint readers must be certified in accordance with ANSI-NIST and FIPS 201-2.
This notice will not lead to later procurement competitions, as the purpose is only to get a loan based access to Equipment for R&D. Please refer to the descriptive document.
