The contracting authority would like, on behalf of the Norwegian Tax Administration c/o the Norwegian Tax Administration's IT and Service Partner (SITS), to enter into a framework agreement for tenant consultancy services, property management and property consultancy services. The service provider shall provide assistance with the mentioned services after SITS, the Property Section and/or the Procurements and Supplier Follow-Up Section has placed an order. The aim of the procurement is to establish a service where call-offs can be made for additional resources and/or competence, to support SITS'own resources in the field. This procurement intends to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for the services in question. It is a prerequisite that the services are provided in close cooperation with various internal resources. Competence transfer is therefore important.
