Harstad, Kvæfjord og Skånland municipalities intend to enter into contracts for ordinary loans in the municipalities. Tenderers will be pre-qualified for later participation in mini competitions for loans and refinancing of existing loans. In the mini competitions, tenders will also be obtained for parallel certificate and bond loans. The framework agreement does not include certificates/bonds and interest rate protection contracts.
