Sykehuset Østfold HF (SØ) c/o seksjon innkjøp og kontrakt, invites tenderers on behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF c/o the Project New Østfold Hospital (PNØ) to a competition for a service concession contract for renting areas for kiosks.
SØ shall have kiosks in the new hospital at Kalnes and in the existing hospital in Moss. The tenant shall pay remuneration to SØ for renting the premises. The kiosk comes under special terms from SØ, which shall always be complied with. The tenant shall plan and pay for fitting the premises. The solution shall be approved by SØ.
At Kalnes an area of 54 m2, including stores has been put aside for a kiosk. This area is connected to the cafe and the eating areas for patients, relatives and employees. It is not possible to extend the area. The kiosk shall be in operation from 4.5.2015. The tenant can start the construction/fitting process from 7.4.2015. The new Østfold hospital shall start to be partially used from 4.5.2015, with full operation of the hospital from November 2015. In this period there will be approx. 1 000 employees at the hospital and approx. 350 patients daily.
In Moss and area of 64 m2 including stores has been put aside for the kiosk. The area in the vestibule. It is not possible to extend the area. The kiosk will be run by the current tenant until 30.6.2015. The new tenant can start the construction/fitting process from 6.7.2015. The kiosk shall be in operation from 3.8.2015.
At the start the contract with Helse Sør-Øst RHF c/o Project New Østfold Hospital will be transported to Sykehuset Østfold HF.
