Descritpion: UDI has decided to cancel the tender 14/2648 ‘Study of the information exchange between European states regarding persons excluded from refugee status’. The reason for the cancellation is that by the deadline, 22nd of October at noon, we had only received one valid offer. UDI wants the project to be subject to real competition, and this is why we have decided to cancel the call for tender, referring to Regulations of 7.4.2006 No 402 relating to public procurements (forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser) § 13-1 (1). UDI still wants to carry out the project. Soon, we will therefore send an invitation to all parties who have registered their interest in Doffin.
