Goods and services shall be provided for the on-board products NSB Kafé, NSB Meny Automat, Pre-order and NSB Komfort.
The contract shall take care of all the tasks connected to the logistics and procurement of goods and supplies. This includes, amongst other things, category management, receipt of goods, stocks at bases, packing goods for trains, distributing goods to trains, light maintenance of automatic vending machines, sales settlements, value processing, dealing with returns, as well as waste management on-board trains with NSB Kafé.
The tenderer shall provide staff for NSB Kafé. Including, amongst other things, dealing with customers, receipt of goods, placement of goods on-board trains, sale and preparation of food, ongoing clearing up and cleaning in the Cafe carriage, sales settlement, ordering supplies etc. The Contracting Authority currently has 36 service employees who carry out serving tasks.
The Contracting Authority provides material resources in the form of trains with areas and equipment for serving in NSB Kafé and NSB MENY Automat, including goods and hot drink vending machines.
