The competition must therefore be cancelled. A decision has been made that a regional procurement process shall be held for all of Helse Vest. Due to this the assumptions for a local contract only for Helse Stavanger HF no longer exist. A new competition for all of Helse Vest will be announced during autumn 2014.. The competition is therefore cancelled in accordance with the Public Procurement Act § 22-1, 1st section. We apologise for any inconvenience caused for our suppliers.
