Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, and Engerdal municipalities shall procure a new wage and personnel system. The system shall allow for a good work division and specialisation in the wage and personnel services. The system shall ensure the correct payment of wages, give the best possible executive officer support and the possibility to extract specially adapted management and control information. This will give increased efficiency and make it possible to change the order of priorities or release resources.
