The specified product is devel-oped at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (KTH). The product is sold exclusively through the KTH spin-off com-pany Excillum AB. The specified product is based on unique patented technol-ogy, which provides an un-precedented quality of photon flux for a micro-focused X-ray source which will allow us to develop new methods within laboratory based X-ray sci-ence.
