The Procurement Cooperation in South and North Østerdal intends to enter into a framework agreement for the inspection of alcohol sales and serving licences in accordance with the instructions and guidelines stipulated in the law and regulations given by central and/or local authorities. The contract also includes the municipality's inspection responsibilities in serving places in accordance with the law on the protection from tobacco injuries.
