The framework agreement shall cover UiO’s need for freight services (not removals), here called freight, special freight, and forwarding services, nationally and internationally. Three framework agreements will be signed: The procurement is split into three sub-contracts for the best possible coverage of needs and competition. Sub-contract 1: National courier and freight services (one tenderer). Sub-contract 2: International courier, freight, and forwarding services (one tenderer) Sub-contract 3: Special freight, courier, and forwarding services (nationally and internationally), (1-2 tenderers) following agreement ANSK-0295-17 for Freight, special freight, and forwarding services - nationally and internationally (ANSK-21-0210 is cancelled).
