The contracting authority provides payroll and HR services to government clients. These services can be divided into four main categories. 1) SAP HR, 2) Shift planning and rotation in Visma GAT, 3) reporting system for managers using Qlik and 4) SAP PO integration. Operation of these systems is outsourced to external operations suppliers. The purpose of this procurement is to replace the current contract expiring in 2023.
