This notice concerns the intention to change a previously signed framework agreement.
Tensio AS has a framework agreement with Bertel O Steen for the delivery of various vehicles, including Peugeot Expert 4x4. This vehicle was previously delivered with an engine output of 150 hp. After the transition from Euro 6.2 to Euro 6.3, the engine output has been reduced to 142 hp. Tensio has carried out a legal assessment of the ability to make a change to the contract, and has obtained a statement from an independent market actor on the estimated market value of the vehicle. Based on the assessments that have been made, Tensio AS intends to change to the contract in line with the performance changes in the new model, cf. the utilities regulations, section 24-1, first paragraph, letter d.
The change will apply for the remaining period of the framework agreement (three years from 1.1.21 with possible options for 1+1+1 year ).
The deadline for lodging appeals against this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice is 21.04.2022.
