Statens vegvesen, Fellesfunksjoner, HR and Development [the Norwegian Pubic Roads Administration, Common Functions, HR Development] (henceforth referred as the contracting authority) request tenders for assistance in connection with recruiting. There are positions within both the mercantile an technical areas, including manager positions. The purpose of the procurement is to relieve the agency's personnel who work with recruiting, as the recruiting activity is higher than normal for a period.
