NTNU needs a mechanical (dynamic/quasi static) test machine with a service contract. DDP delivery to NTNU Gjøvik. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold for the entire contract period. The volume is not binding and will depend on the contracting authority's budget. NTNU would like to enter into a contract with 1 tenderer, so tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment. See ‘Part 2 Requirements Specification’ for further information.
